Another one of those posts that one will probably regret posting when the answer comes back......., but where can I find the 'NETQUOTEVAR:NAVBMAIL' email template? I can see all the order ones.

Don't know off hand but all the email templates are saved as .txt files in the site1 folder.
Edit: NAVBMAIL is the navigation button reference for the email button used in ACt_Primary and Act_BrochurePrimary. (Per the AUG) -

Sorry, I'm confusing things (and me) mentioning the NQV, it's the email template that I am after, from the email that is sent when submitting the form from the Act_ContactUs.html page. I am trying to add the 'Subject' field as this doesn't seem to get picked up by the email.Comment

I understand now but I'm not sure what your problem is. The ContactUs email on my site sends the subject etc fine. Is there a problem with your page and it's not working properly?
Edit: You could check in Act_ContactUs for te form entry.
(I don't think there is a template for this - I think it's in the perl scripts -mailscript or MailForm)Comment

I'll have a look there. That's weird as it is missing in both of my sites to date, one uses the 'smart' theme and the other is a basic build from 'clean layout 14' theme. I will check. Thanks.

The email template in question is Act_ContactUs.html, this form is sent using MailForm.pl. I would suggest taking a look at these articles on the Knowledge base http://knowledge.actinic.com/acatalo...es.html#aKB726
