      I have 10Mb down and 384 up, if you have 2Mb down I believe it's 200 up or 1Mb down - 100 up.

        OK, not to worry then.

How much of a difference does it make to search engines to have a page title (not) a copy_of_copy_of_XXXXXXX if you get what I mean?

Is it worth me spending all that time reneaming and then going to my links in adwords etc etc???

        Cheers

All the difference - they are factored very heavily into the equation - you should spend time on them and make them keyword rich

Yes - you should be able to log into your site via a contrl panel - probably a link off their main website... you should be able to control things like pop3 accounts, redirections etc and also view the amount of disk space you are using
