Componet values not appearing in emails

When looking at an order in the "Line Items" section I can see the order perfectly with the component values visible but when I then look at the email text in the "Payment Recieved" emai for example then all of the component values are missing. The headings are present but the values are blank.

Does anybody have any idea what is wrong?

Could somebody at actinic take a look at this please. It makes the email function unusable and all the details are having to be written by hand. Real nightmare.

Has this only started happening recently? Was it after the script change for the county / State bit? I would suggest raising a support ticket so that we can take a look at a snapshot of the site.
