link to a product subpage as a result of selecting an attribute value

Still chasing the problem of shipping weights differing according to size.

If I have a main product page which includes a 'size' attribute selection dropdown, can I use the selected value to link to a product page specific to that size (i.e. one which specifies the Shipping Weight correctly). I don't mind whether this page is displayed or not.

The text in a Choice can't be a link, can it?
