Extract customproperty on the sales confirmation page

Hi

I am looking to send sales information through to a third party by placing code on the order confirmation page.

As well as sales value (which the third party can provide me code for), is it possible to pass the information contained in a product´s customproperty (which I have set-up) through to a thirdparty. E.g. If I have sold a sock or a tie, a custom property containing this information would be extracted on the order confirmation page?
