crashing when creating snapshot

Hi

A customer of ours is having problems when creating a snapshot. everynow and again actinic will crash when creating a snapshot algthough it seems to work if they restart their comp then open up actinic and create the snapshot straight away.

Is there a bug in actinic or is it their comp? I have had this problem a couple of times before although not for a while.

Anyone else had this problem?

I found this reply which I think is the problem:

There is a known bug whereby snapshots fail if you have a fragment selected when you initiate the snapshot, so always make sure that you have a product or a section selected.

Have they tried the every faithfull focussing on a product prior to snapshotting and/or compacting the database
