Hi All

Trying to upload shop to a windows server, one problem after the next. It’s now getting to 'Merging incremental updates at the web site'

Then comes up with the error

'Actinic received a network error while merging files on the server. Try again later and contact your network administrator if the problem persists. The operation timed out'

Have followed all hints on the help site deleted *.fil, changed FTP setting for BT openworld, increased FTP time out - No luck.

Other FTP programs run fine, the actual windows server appears fine (Redstation).

Any ideas before we give up (fortunately trying the business eval version so can jump ship!) - be a pity as up to now its been the easiest to use...

The "Merging incremental updates" step requires a Perl script to run on your server.

Check that scripts are running by going to Advanced / Network Setup and run the Network Test there.
