table not sizing properly

all my broucher pages are using the same template, yet there is 1 that has the store sections table on the left not sizing properly.
my returns policy, go to terms and conds/under guarentee there is a link to returns policy.
have refreshed the site many times since my menu was small enough to fit in the table this size.
all of the other broucher pages display fine, over time as the menu has grown i have lenthened the table (top left) to accomidate, why is this page not falling into line with the others..?

Try ftp-ing and deleting the file manually, then doing an upload.
