Order sometimes not sent to our computer

Our website is set up so orders are automatically relayed to 2 email accounts.

Sometimes when an order is placed on our website we get an email confirming that the order has been placed but the actual order is not sent to us.

We have to use the "retreive orders" on the tool bar to get orders

From your description I think Actinicis behaving as it should.

When someone places an order you get send an email which says "there is an order on the site waiting for download" You will get this email for each first order that is placed thus if you have 10 orders placed before you download orders you will get one email.

I think you have also enabled "send receipt email copy to" from the ordering tab. This will send you a copy of the email which is sent to a customer on ordering. Thus you will get one copy of the customer email (in this example 10 emails)

The only way to get orders into actinic is to download orders from within the software. Thus 10 orders wil lbe downloaded, and the next time an order is placed you will get the email which say "there is an order on the site waiting for download"
