Products in multiple discount product groups??

If I have a discount product group set up for a “3 for 2 offer” on Products A, B and C and I want to have Products A, B and C in another discount product group called “15% off”, for existing customers issued with a token, which is for a discount of 15% off all products when the total cart value exceeds £15. Is there a box that I should be ticking or not as the case may be, that will allow me to have Products A, B and C in more than 1 product group for multiple discounts?

The thing is when I set up a product group called 15% off and I add all the products to it including Products A, B and C it removes them from the existing “3 for 2 offer” product group. They both seem to work when they are enabled individually but not when they are enabled both at the same time

    Thanks for the help,

    Graham

    Graham,

A product can only be a member of any one group at a time, the group however can be member of any number of discounts. If you have selected the 'Only Apply One Discount Online For This Group' box. This will mean the contents of the cart will incur the first discount it qualifies for, and then incur no other discounts on this product group.

For instance, if a certain product qualifies for 'buy one get one free', but also applies for 'three for the price of two', then it will only incur the 'buy one get one free' discount as that is the one it will qualify for first.

    Kind regards,
