Position of added fragment

Hello,

I've added a fragment in a section, and I would like it to appear at the top of the page, ie I'd like a blurb to appear before the clickable section images.

I cant seem to reposition this though. Any ideas of what I need to be doing??

I'm about to add lots of text to the website...so we have a small chance of people finding us!

Select page, select Layout tab, look to Location and Arrangement of section list, tick override, mark set to bottom.
