Actinic V6 New Hosting Problems

I am using Actinic V6.1 Shopping Cart.

I have just moved my website to a new hosting company and I have copied all the website files and the Actinic V6 files to the new FTP location and pointed my domain name to the new location and everything seems to be working fine on the website.

However when a customer orders products via the Actinic V6 online shopping cart I do not receive the order and an email is not sent to the customer to confirm the order. Outwith these Actinic problems, emails are sending and receiving ok - any ideas nice people.

Did you update the site to the new space through Actinic? You will need to for Actinic to be able to download orders etc.
