    Products not showing at checkout stage

    Hi
    I've just been advised, luckily, by a customer that when she purchases something on line, it shows her purchase in the cart for the few second summary but when she goes to check the cart or checkout it says there are no products in the basket. Any help urgently would be most appreciated - weekends are my busiest buying times and I'm likely to loose a lot.

    Hi Laura - no help I'm afraid, but I can confirm that your site does have this problem - I thought it might be something to do with cookies on your customers PC but it appears to be a wider issue - the same is happening on my PC which works OK with other sites. Mark H

      PS have you tried a complete site refresh? Under Web - refresh website

        I get the problem here too.

        I also looked at your Actinic error.err file and that's not showing any recent problems either. All very weird.

        Did you change anything recently?
