Lost my Breadcumbs - How do I get them back!!

I've lost all the breadcumbs on my site, how do i get these back!?

The second post points to the NETQUOTEVAR : PARENTSECTIONSTOP in the Act_ProductBody.html.. check it is there or not commented out

Also worth checking under Design | Options | Layout | Parent Sections List and check you have not set "list placement" to "none"
