    ACT_ProductLine Template Problem

Please see image attached. This is my modified ACT_ProductLine.html template that i have done, ive added a border around the table to give a better visual of my problem.

As you can see the template does not begin right at the top of the page in line with everything else, ive got the margins on the template set to 0 but it does not make any difference.

What am I doing wrong here??

    Cheers!

This is normal with Actinic - the blank area contains some Actinic code that pushes the product tables down. You can remove it and close the gap if you do not intend using customer accounts.

You can comment out the items you don't need (Actinic can get upity if you delete certain things) or easier may be to change the order so they appear at the bottom

I've heavily modified the Act_ProductLine.html template, but this "gap" appears on both my section link template and productline template so my immediate thought was that it was to do with the Act_Primary.html template, but i cannot see anything that would allow this "gap" to appear

Have you tried temporarily unticking the "compact html and cgi" under Design | Options | Misc and preview the page - look at the source code and the generating template will been shown as a comment.

Failing that Normans top tip is to go through the text id's and place a 1,2,3 etc into all instances of the <br> tag and see if it is being generated from there

that it was to do with the Act_Primary.html
You are correct - open the template and you will see it. You can delete, comment out or move to the bottom of the page as jont suggests.
