ODBC login failure

Hi

I'm running catalog in XP. Downgrading the NT account from administrator to limited access, I get:

ODBC Microsoft Access Login Failed
Could not use "|"; file already in use.

When I click OK another dialogue appears requesting a login name (default admin) and password.

Press OK. Admin is the default and blank is the default password OR login to the Administrator account and delegate the required file permissions to the limited access account you are using. (Help available on MS site).

I get a "unable to open scratch tables" now when downloading orders?

Hi Paul,

Go to "C:\Program Files\Actinic v7\Sites\Site1", open "ActinicCatalog.mdb", compact the database by going to "Tools|Database Utilities|Compact and Repair Database". Open Actinic, compact the databases by clicking on "HouseKeeping|Compact Databases". Do a "Web|Refresh Webiste" and then try downloading the orders.

Thanks - it's ok - it was write access to the whole Actinic directory that was the problem
