No copy of order email after download

I'm sure someone will have come across this problem before but I've not been able to find it on the forum.

I've noticed that the first order I receive after an order download does not send me a copy (not sure if the customer gets it) of the order email. For the next and all other orders I get the email ok until I do another order download and then the first one fails again.

Any ideas anyone.

Please log a support query here or call support if you have a cover contract. A support person might ask you for a snapshot to investigate further.
