Re-structuring Advice

Hello all,

I have been maintaining and upgrading the site in my sig for nearly a year now. All was going well untill google's bigdaddy update in March, but now all my product pages have gone supplemental.
So, I'm looking at re-structuring the site, perhaps re-naming the acatalog folder or moving everything into the root.
Is this a good use of my time, or would I be better off concentrating on unique product descriptions or some other aspect of the site?

Any comments or advice gratefully received.

PS, I can't believe I spent time only two weeks ago fretting about hyphens versus underscores!

Google is working to bring all the supplemental pages back into the index. If you re-structure you will re-name all your pages and lose your rankings when the pages come back. Forget trying to second guess google and concentrate on content.
