How do I reference different telephone numbers?

I want use different telephone numbers on the main site details and the customer order emails. There are 2 phone numbers in Business Settings, but only one seems to be used.

How do I access the Customer Service Number for emails and Order Confimation (Order04.html)?

Any pointers greatly appreciated!

Hi Alan

In View |Business settings, there is one entry for the phone number and another one for the fax number is included in . If you want to show a different phone number on the receipt page then you can simply hardcode the phone number in the Order04.html template.
