Can not checkout from Shopping Cart

I have searched the boards and could not find any solution. First off the site is http://www.deltaconnectionskyshop.com/.
Now the problem when an item is placed in the shopping cart you are taken to the confirmation page and given the option to "checkout now" this link no longer works. I believe it is because it is inserting garbage onto the end of the link because if you remove everything after start you proceed to the checkout. The same thing happens on the checkout link on the top of the page.

This only happens on the shopping cart screen and the confirmation/quantity page the checkout links work from any other page.

I have updated and refreshed the site to no avail. All help is appreciated.

this is the error I got. Its not one I've seen before.

Have you tried replacing the orderscript pl file and doing a refresh

I replaced the os00001.pl with an earlyer backup but it did not like that at all (all links to the checkout no longer worked) I had to refresh the site to get it working again as it is now.

Is the referrer information supposed to be included when checking out or can this be removed by editing some script? This is the link I get when checking out.

This is the same link with the added REFPAGE info removed. The correct items still show in the cart. This link will show shopping cart empty unless you already had something in your cart.

Another question. Is it possible to change this generated link to a hard link? If so do you know where this would need to be done?

Hi Randal

For clarification, did you replace orderscript.pl as Jo suggested or os00001.pl. If the latter, then it might not have effected any changes as os00001.pl is a generated file and hence will be overwritten by the orderscript.pl each time the site is upated.
Please try the following.

1. In case you have made any script changes, then take a backup of the relevant script files in C:\ProgramFiles\ActinicV6\Sites\Site1(or equivalent) folder.

2. Once done, select and delete all the .pl and .pm files.

3. Now browse to C:\ProgramFiles\ActinicV6\Original and copy the .pl and .pm files from here over to the site folder.

4. Refresh the site and let me know if the problem persists.
