Removing the `Send Emails to all...

Please don't laugh, etc . Just tell me how to remove it.

Do you mean the one on the toolbar across the main display?

If so then right click at the end of the row of icons and select "customise" .. the pop-up box appears .. simply drag and drop the offending icon into blank space
