    delivery zone setup

    Ho all

What is the best way to set up different price for delivery to different parts of the uk i.e.
    • mainland uk
    • isle of man
    • isle of white
    • guernsey
    • northern ireland

I tried setting up uk with different counties for each zone but that will not work as the county field on the invoice is wrong

    any ideas ?

I have been able to achieve this by going into advance and locations...

i deleted United kingdom, and created new countries like

    England
    Scotland
    Wales etc.....

but i havent worked out how to tell actinic about poscode reconition, i.e if someone was to try and put a belfast postcode as country england. aint worked that out yet.
    hope this helps

I thought of doing it that way but I noticed that but I noticed that their is a country code section.

What would I out in the coutry code i.e

      mailand uk - UK ?
Isle of man - UK ?
      Northern Ireland - uk?

Correct me if I am wrong but isn't the coutry code passed onto the payment provider and if the code is wrong the card can be rejected

        Hi David

Yes the correct way of going about that would be to add all the new locations through Advacned | Locations. Regarding the country codes it does not matter what they are set to, as far as I'm aware the codes set here do not cause a problem while transferring to the payment service provider
