Copyright comments?

How do I add a copyright comment to the header of my templates?
If I use <-- bla bla --> Actinic kills it as actinic help quotes when it compacts html.

Soz if it's another of my newby questions but any help at all would be great.

An idea for the wishlist would be the ability to specify comments not to strip, but for now you could try

Doesn’t seem to work mate. It makes all hidden code show when editing in DW and on the page preview it hides almost all code when viewing page source.

A webby mate of mine says they add a popup link at the bottom of each page leading to the copyright statement. If all else fails I'll have to do it that way but I really wanted to add it to everything Product templates especially as that's where I put the most custom work in (prescription input).
