We have recently moved the Actinic v4 application from one employee's computer to another employee's computer for implementation purposes, as a result of company restructuring.
After some effort, we have been able to successfully transfer all necessary files and gain all required access to make any necessary updates to our website. However, now that we are using the new employee's computer to implement the updates to the test website, we are receiving an error displayed on screen. Please see attached.
So, we went back to the old computer, retrieved the file identified in the error message and placed in the respective directory location on the new computer, however the error still persists. Also, as we have 3 sites, we get the same type of error for all 3 sites.
Does this error affect any content or process on the websites if it persists, or is it harmless to continue and make purchases without any harm?
If anyone could help with identifying what this error means, it would be greatly appreciated, as we are approaching a production deadline and need to deploy the changes to the 'live' websites.
