Home page deleted in preview

I have a home page in my content window which I reinstalled having deleted it. However, the Page preview window says this page is deleted. How do I get this page preview back is so it does not say that it is deleted? See image

Have you tried clicking into another section and then back onto the homepage? Purging the cache in Internet Explorer is also a worthwhile check.

As a side note it is often best to call the homepage index.html and not Home_page.html as the index.html page will auto load if someone navigates to the folder and does not specify a page to open .. also page names are usually case specific so is good practice to use all lowercase page names.
