Unknown file upload error

Hi

I'm getting error - 'Access to a unknown file was denied' while uploading.

It happens in the check and send files/ Checking HTML pages/ Checking Payment Service Provider script...

It's fine as administrator but not under this basic user account. I've already set permissions to allow this basic user access to the actnic v6 prog files folder.

Have you tried giving the basic user account both read & write access to the the Actinic folder? Perhaps the script file needs to be updated before uploading.

Thanks - it needed full access not just write access to get it to work
