    Community not available this morning

    Hi All,

There was an outage on the community due to a hardware failure which made it inaccessible for the better pat of the morning. Please accept our apologies for the delay in getting the service resumed.

    Kind regards,

    'computer says no'

Didn't know what to do this morning when the forum was offline - I hadn't realised how much a part of my daily routine checking this forum had become!

Think I may have become abit addicted, abit like Zammo off Grange Hill! Thankfully the cold turkey didn't last too long.

    Thanks mods.

23.30pm last night hitting "refresh" on the browser every minute to no avail .... 1 minute after arriving at work hitting "refresh" until hurrah it finally arrived back online.

It is very remiss of the mods not to have a temporary care plan for addicts in our hour of need ... there should be a www.atcinicoffline.com site with a simple splash page full of NETQUOTEVARS and Act_ProductLine.html templates to keep us all happy whilst the forum is out

The forum has been moved to a backup location to minimise the outage. This might resulted slower response times due to the lower bandwidth to the backup server.
The faulthy power supply has been replaced by now. The original server seemed to be working fine with the new PSU in the last couple of days. Therefore the service has been restored to the original server tonight resulting a 30 minutes outage. Apologise for any problems caused.
