SMTP Settings - Clook Hosting

I have recently installed Actinic and am using Clook for the hosting, but am having problems finding the the correct SMTP settings to use.

I believe that the server should be set to mail.mydomain.co.uk, but should I be selecting Username and Password required.
I have tried various combintaions but still want pass the TEST.

Have you tried the ubiquitous "localhost" .. without the quotes ... works on most servers .. no need to enter username or password

Thanks, but I have tried the localhost option but the test still fails giving the following error

The computer you specified as your mail server is not a valid mail (SMTP) server. Check the computer name or address and try again. If it fails again, then it is possible, you were locked out by a firewall program, or you don't have network connection to this server.

and if I upload the website I get the following error when using a webform
Error returned from SMTP server (4: Sender verify failed )

From a previous post Erika http://community.actinic.com/member.php?u=4946 is/was with Clook .. maybe worth sending an email to see the settings she is using

All now solved, although I haven't done anything different.
When I select TEST I now get a PASS an an email sent though th Clook Server.
No idea what I did different.

The settings that worked were:
SMTP Server: mail.mydomain.co.uk
Username: myusername
Password: mypassword
