Hi

I was just about half way through creating a new product section and was trying to drag and drop it into position (done this before so nothing special) to run a preview when the screen started flashing and a dialog box saying "Actinic has encountered a problem and needs to shut down..." etc came up and closed the application.

When I restarted the site - no sign of the new section! I have been through the entire site and cant find it anywhere. I thought Actinic saved changes automatically so dont understand why the work has disappered. Is there a "find" function or a temporary folder somewhere where the incomplete file might be lurking?

You could expand your whole content tree - it is just possible it has attached itself as a sub-section to something else.

Unfortunately there is a very real possibility that the abnormal condition that caused the shutdown was a loss of database connectivity, in which case, nothing was written to the database and the section is really lost.
