Here's the scenario

We offer free shipping within the area that we are based and we charge a fee for anywhere else in the UK.

Someone who lives outside our area has selcted that they live within the area in order to get free shipping.

Is there anything like postcode validation that we can use similar to the countries 'valid formats' option found in Advanced > Locations.
