We can upload changes to our site with no problems, however when we go to download the orders via a wireless laptop, an error message says 'can not find server', any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Can you connect to your site via FTP from the same laptop? What happens when you hit test in Advanced | Network Setup? Can you post up any error messages so that we can advise as to what best can be done.
