Can't view downloaded orders

I'm currently using Actinic Developer Lite to build a shopping cart currently in test mode. I've managed to download some test orders but how can I view those orders?

The 'orders' tab is greyed out. If I go into View | Business Settings | Order Processing then that is also grey out / disabled.
In the 'Options' tab the 'order processing' checkbox is ticked but greyed out.

Please help someone!!!!

I though Actinic Developer Lite did not contain the ability to process orders.
