Upload does not refresh site

Hello,

A new problem creeped up on me today. No changes to the template files are being implemented! After I modify a template file and click on Update Website, it follow the regular upload pattern without errors, but none of the changes are implemented. However, if I force a web site refresh then everything goes over just fine.

Any suggestions as to what the problem might be?

I haven't resolved the issue yet, but I will toy around with the ZoneAlarm settings. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times prior to this problem surfacing.

It's most likey ZoneAlarm. Others are seeing this. Look for my posting on the V7 forum regarding ZoneAlarm.
