    how to process a psp order - advice please

    hi
    i got my first online order today (most of my customers still like to phone in)and ive been processing it like it says in the help manual,
    print packing list, print invoice, mark as shipped, send email, but it doesnt move from the pending to completed folder.
    am i missing something?
    also i use hsbc psp. how will i know when its been completed with them?

    sorry i know this is a bit basic but i'm just stuck!

    You would have to login to your panel with HSBC to confirm that the payment has been processed, then think what is missing in your Actinic is the completion of payment there, so go into the order, click into the payment side of life and click New Entry and add the details confirming the payment has gone through etc, which if you have done the rest like you say, then it should show as fully completed.

        HSBC should be making a payment received callback to your server so actinic automatically knows that payment has been received.

        If you ever get more than 1 or 2 orders using HSBC as your psp then it would be worth making sure this is working properly.

          i had to log into hsbc and select the order, then shipped, in order for it to show as authorized. then once i was safely back in actinic it automatically dropped into the completed folder. bit messy but got there in the end.
