PROTX Redirection problem

Having updated the files act_primary, act_primarycheckout and act_brochureprimary today i recieved a failed order which when i thought might have been because of the update. Sadly i was right Basically actinic stalls at the protx redirection page and the message quoted above. See for yourselves and try ordering something. Has this problem came about before? Surely it can be solved Thanks

My mistake, for any future reference my mistake was not including

onLoad="NETQUOTEVAR:ONLOAD"

in the body tag
