Top Level Sections

I have been trying to modify the departments shown in check out so that they only display the top level. All other pages have been done. I have used previous threads to make the modifications but I'm not sure which Act file is for the checkout (it doesn't seem to be Act_PrimaryCheckout) as this seem to modify the cart page which is working.

Can anyone help?

go to Design | Options | Layout

use the edit button to determine which template you are using - Checkout Pages Layout
