Mirror of a site

I want to mirror my actinic site on another domain. What is the best way to do this with a copy of the site folder or with a site snapshot.

Help appreciated.

You will need a new licence for the new domain - then setup your network settings, export them to a text file, import a snapshot and re-import the new domain's network settings.

Let us know which - if either - of the two domains gets indexed by the search engines, and which - if not both - gets ignored.

You would probably be better of just using a re-direct from one site to your active site

If you have exact copies on two or more istes, it is generaly believed that the search engines will treat both sites as spam and not show them

What are you trying to achieve with 2 sites the same?

Both thanks for the advice - the reason for doing this is that I am attempting a small call centre and we are not allowed to use the web merchant account in the call centre.
