Not forwarding to protx

This site has taken nearly a year to finish but now at last the I have everything I need its broken

When you place and order and the system is ready to forward you to protx

the page hangs and does not refresh -

I have no idea why its broken ..

Please can somebody help me before my brain explodes ..

I could repair the site however we asked Jan (Mole software) to do some work because the client wanted to send his orders straight to his drop shipper and asked Jan to take out some of the information - I can't remember what now .. so i didnt want to repair the site and over write what ever she had done ..

This is a fairly common problem - I had it with my site, this thread explains how to fix it.

The change I made for you was to make some minor modifications to the packing list report. So if you do have to do anything drastic with this site, take a copy of the file called orders.rpt first and then copy it back in.

If you make a major version upgrade (go from V6 to V7 for example) you will need to get your report upgraded.
