Permutation Controlled digital download

Is there a way that I can use permutations to dictate which file is divgitally download?

The reason I ask is because I am trying to setup a system of selling video footage on my website. I want the footage to be available to download, as well as the customer being able to choose whether the footage they download is NTSC or PAL.

Is there any way to do this?

Yes, you can. You will have to create a hidden product for each permutation and assign the digital download file to the hidden product, you can then associate the permutation to the hidden product so you can then offer NTSC or PAL.
