Adding Progress Graphic to each checkout phase

I have created several progress graphics that depict the stage in the checkout phases. Is it possible to have different graphics displayed for each checkout stage? and if so, what are the main CART template will I need to modifiy to achieve this?

Act_Order00.html - Act_Order04.html should be where you want to put them.
