First Site Upload : "Operation Timed Out .."

I have read some threads, can't see an obvious resolve.

I have "Use Passive FTP Transfers" Ticked"

Follow up error messages I get include:

An error occurred while writing to "acatalog" on the web site. The problem is probably due to permissions problems, but could be due to low disk space. Actinic can not work with these settings. Press Cancel if you would like to manually examine the permissions and disk space on the web site. Press Retry if you would like Actinic to attempt to change the permissions on the directory for you.

and

Actinic is unable to upload to the site using the FTP protocol. Select Continue to upload the site using HTTP or Cancel to stop the upload.

Its OK, a my host reset some stuff a their end and it was all OK.

Well, at least, moved me on to the next problem.
