Can't see fragments

I have customised the links from the home page to have an Info Pages button. From this I should be able to click into Events, News, Contact etc. but when the pages come up the fragments on them are showing - just the headings. I am fairly sure this worked before I upgraded from catalog to business.

Where am I going wrong please?
