disabled vat exclusive?

Hi im doing an acitnicsite for a customer at the moment, if the individual is registered they can fill in a form to be exempt from vat, what would the best way to do this in actinic?? is it possible?

I think you want the tax exemption option:

In Business Settings: Tax: Tax by Delivery Option is chosen.
Highlight: UK Tax Zone.
Tax 1: VAT
Tick the box to "Allow Exemption"

Then the customer has to fill in a box with their VAT Number.
