Brochure page - text navigation

Does anyone know how to stop the 'Page title' coming up in the Brochure page navigation list?

I would like it to say HOME | ORDERING INFO | CONTACT US | PRODUCTS |

Rather than WHAT EVER MY PAGE TITLE IS | ORDERING INFO | CONTACT | ETC

Any ideas?
