Other Info Questions repeating

HI,
I have the page below set to display a number of questions using the other info prompt field, the thing is that when I fill it in and go to check out it lists all the questions and then lists the questions below it again with the answers filled in. Does anyone have this type of thing on their site and is there a way to stop it repeating in the cart?

The link provided no longer displays any other info questions so am unable to check what is happening. Are you using Norman's patch to bring in the multiple other info prompt's? If so then you might want to check Norman's Forum on http://www.drillpine.biz/forums/

Hi Bruce,
Yes I'm using Norman's patch, I did all the instructions again and uploaded it and it seems to be fine now, it must have gotten medded up by something else.
