Popup URL Encoding

Does anyone know where the url encoding for popups is generated?

I don't want the output from the popups to be URL encoded. I can't find a setting for this anywhere, is this generated by the exe?

I dont quite understand what you mean when you say "I don't want the output from the popups to be URL encoded'. Is this the text link on the product you are talking about or is it in the pop-up page itself?
