Download a document .pdf

Can anybody tell be how I can set up my website to allow a visitor to download a .pdf document. I have uploaded the document and added the following to the decsription
To download the flyer related to this offer click !!<<a href="e1450c.pdf">here</a>!!

but the document doesn't appear. What have I done wrong?

What error are you receiving? Have you uploaded the PDF to the /actalog/ directory on the srver?

You've missed a training >. It should be

!!<<a href="e1450c.pdf">here</a>>!!

and don't forget to add e1450c.pdf via Advanced / Additional files, so that Actinic will upload it for you.
