'Properties' Problem

I have a problem in that some products do not display properties that they should. For example visit the section below:

and not that some items are missing the 'Prices From....' string. why is this? in actinic it looks correct - each product's Properties tab contains the property CTEXT - Prices From... etc

any help appreciated

Sounds silly, but double-check you have the 'Use as CUSTOMVAR' box checked against the property value. I was tearing my hear out once before realising they were unchecked.
