CHECKOUT invoice/shipping country problem

Hi
I have set
> all the "Payment & Security" to be UK only
> Tax set to simple
> Shipping set to simple £10
> I have remove the prompt to ask if the client wants a different shipping address

THEN when I click 'next' on the 1st checkout screen I get the error msg:
"Select Shipping Destination - You have selected different invoice and shipping countries but have not checked the different shipping address check box.
Select Invoice Location - Please select a country"

But it is NOT the form clearly shows both as UK!!!!!

What is wrong?
Could I bypass the entire 1st checkout form as we always want to ship to the same address as the invoice (& UK only)?

If you remove the 'Limited by Location' option from the 'Payment and Security' then this will bypass the first page of the checkout completely.
