An error occurred while sending the merge request

Hi All,

I’ve moved my reseller account to another. Still on Linux servers.

I’m getting the classic ‘An error occurred while sending the merge request’.

It’s very strange if I create a new licence in Developer with the same network setting the ‘Test’ site goes up perfect. But as soon as I import the site I need to upload with the same network settings I get the ‘An error occurred while sending the merge request’.

Network setting below – but as I said they work fine on the ‘test’ Actinic site.

Check your setting in View | Business Settings for the website URL - is it consistent?

[Added] Wrote that too soon before reading the message and following the link. (The settings threw me - I thought we had another "I can't upload message")

Site seems to be working fine - except that when I followed the enter shop link from the main page, it took me to the soft toys section rather than a main shop page where all the sections were listed.

I felt the lack of left navigation, too, before I worked out I could click the boxes up above.

A quick search on here for 'merge error' will throw up several suggestions.
